Report Abusive Content

To report a message inside the app: long-press any chat message and tap "Report Message".

To block a user: long-press any chat message and tap "Block User". Their messages will be hidden immediately.

Reports are reviewed within 24 hours and offending users are removed from the platform.

Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your account from inside the app:

Settings → Delete Account

This will remove all your data immediately and cannot be undone. Alternatively, email us at [email protected] and we will delete your account within 24 hours.

Frequently Asked Questions

I can't sign in — what should I do?

Make sure you have an active internet connection. If you signed up with Google or Apple, use the same method to sign back in. If the problem persists, contact us.

My microphone or camera isn't working.

Go to your iPhone Settings → Mafia Live and make sure Microphone and Camera permissions are enabled. Then restart the app.

The game got stuck — how do I leave?

Tap the back arrow (top-left) inside the game room and confirm you want to leave. You can rejoin the same room if it's still active.

How do I report a player?

Long-press any chat message from that player and tap "Report Message". You can also email us with details.

I was wrongly blocked or banned.

Email us at [email protected] with your account details and we will review your case.
