Terms of Use

      Zero Tolerance Policy: Mafia Live has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Users who violate these terms will be removed from games and may be permanently banned.
    

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Mafia Live ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Post, transmit, or share content that is obscene, hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
Engage in discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other characteristic
Bully, intimidate, harass, or abuse other players
Use sexually explicit or graphic language or imagery
Send spam, promotional messages, or unsolicited communications
Impersonate other players or create fake identities
Cheat, exploit, or use unauthorized tools to gain an unfair advantage
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the App's servers or other users' experience

3. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content

We maintain a zero tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. This includes, but is not limited to:

Hate speech targeting individuals or groups
Threats of violence or self-harm
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — any such content will be reported to authorities immediately
Content that promotes illegal activities
Personal attacks on players based on their in-game performance or personal characteristics

Users who post objectionable content will be removed immediately. Our team reviews reports within 24 hours and takes appropriate action, including permanent account deletion.

4. Content Moderation

The App includes the following moderation tools available to all users:

Report: Long-press any chat message to report it. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
Block: Long-press any chat message to block a user. Blocked users' messages will not be visible to you.
Content Filter: The App automatically filters messages containing prohibited language and prevents them from being sent.

We act on all objectionable content reports within 24 hours by removing the content and, where appropriate, suspending or permanently banning the responsible user.

5. User-Generated Content

Chat messages and in-game communications are user-generated content. You are solely responsible for the content you create. By submitting content, you represent that it does not violate these Terms or any applicable law.

We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion without notice.

6. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from within the App (Profile → Delete Account). Account deletion is permanent and will remove all your associated data.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Decisions to terminate accounts are final.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law.
